1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on the following conditions:

  • The product is in its original, unopened packaging.
  • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • You request a return within 7 days from the delivery date.

2. How to Request a Return

3. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned product and verify that it meets our return criteria, we will process a refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 13-15 business days.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been opened or used.
  • Perishable goods that have been consumed.
  • Shipping cost would be conducted from returning amount of a buyer incase of refunds and returns.

5. Shipping Costs

  • The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@nuttsvalley.com. We will assist you with the return and ensure a refund or replacement.
